• Access time is inclusive of all setup and cleanup time

• Security is included for 50+ guests or if alcohol is being served

• One venue coordinator to assist with venue questions day of event

• One attendant for light janitorial maintenance during event is included if guest count is 50+

• Lawn use for wedding ceremonies only

• Setup and teardown of in-house chairs and tables

• End of event cleanup
